Taj Mahal Tour

While you’re in Goa, why not grab the chance to see the Taj Mahal? One of the Seven
Wonders of the World, this glorious 17th century tomb is jaw-dropping. Your trip starts with a flight to Delhi and drive to Agra, home to the Taj and many fine monuments from India’s Mughal era. After a good night’s sleep at your hotel and breakfast the next morning, your sightseeing extravaganza begins at Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted 16th century city is crammed with long-abandoned but still exquisite mosques, palaces and tombs. Then it’s time for the highpoint - an afternoon visit to the Taj Mahal itself. Commissioned by emperor Shah Jehan in memory of his late queen, it’s a poem in white marble. Tiptoe around its spectacular interior, marvelling at its intricate inlaid stonework, and capture its beauty on camera from its magical gardens. Your day ends at Agra Fort before heading back to your hotel and driving to Delhi the next morning for your return flight. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Kerala Tour

Known as ‘God’s Own Country’, the Kerala region is famed for its gentle backwaters framed by mangrove forests and coconut groves. This memorable tour lets you savour these peaceful waterways by houseboat and adds a bit more, too. First you’ll fly to Cochin to check in at your hotel. After breakfast the next day, enjoy a guided tour of this captivating port’s sights, including St. Francis Church, where Vasco de Gama was buried, Mattancherry palace and the Chinese fishing nets - vast, cantilevered nets brought here by Chinese traders way back when. Then it’s something completely different - your private houseboat cruise. After boarding at Alleppey, enjoy lunch on your boat before spending the afternoon sailing some of Kerala’s most beautiful backwaters - they’re unbelievably peaceful. Continue in chilled-out mode over dinner before retiring to your comfy cabin. After breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to your boat and take your return flight back from Cochin.
